INFORMATION FOR PARENTS/SPECTATORS
ENTERING THE VENUE:
Athletes/Coaches: Please drop your athlete off to their coaches at the SOUTH entrance. This is the entrance that faces Mapleview Dr.
Spectators: Please enter through the EAST entrance. This is the entrance located by the main parking lot.
MEETING YOUR TEAM:
Please meet your team on the concourse level, immediately inside the SOUTH entrance doors. Parents may drop off their cheerleaders here, but in order to avoid congestion we ask that they continue into the arena seating and not gather on the concourse.
WAIVERS:
If you have any outstanding waivers, please have your athletes/parents complete them using this link.
PARKING: Parking is free.
The main parking lot is located on the EAST side of the building.
There is an overflow lot on the NORTH side of the building.
ADMISSION: Admission is FREE.
CONCESSION: Concession stands and the full service restaurant will be open as follows:
Consession stand: 10am-5pm
Restaurant: 11am-4pm
VENDORS: We are excited to welcome back our wonderful vendors; Ramco (official event shirt supplier) and LoLo Cheer Bows and BE Cheer Athletic. LoLo and BE will be located on the concourse level as you enter the arena. Ramco will be located on the arena floor.
