INFORMATION FOR SPECTATORS/COACHES/ATHLETES​

 

WEEKEND SCHEDULE    

Friday: 

8:00pm-9:30pm: Athlete Dance Party - Huron Grand Ballroom

Dance is for registered team athletes only.  Parents are kindly requested to drop off at

8:00pm and pick up promptly at 9:30pm.  Please do not arrive early. 

Saturday: 

8:00am: doors open

9:30am-1:30pm:  Quest of the Southwest Cheer Challenge

2:00pm-5:30pm:  Beast of the East Cheer Challenge

8:00pm-9:30pm: Coaches Social - Huron Grand Ballroom

Sunday:

8:00am: doors open

9:00am-4:30pm:  Cheer Challenge Cup

The Village Conference Centre @ Blue Mountain, 242 Jozo Weider Blvd
Entrance: all athletes, coaches and spectators should use the main entrance of the

Village Conference Centre to meet their team - see below.

Please note:

Food is not permitted in the main event hall.  There will be a concessions/seating

available in the Atrium and the Huron Grand Ballroom.
